Leasing is a good solution to optimize temporary imbalances in your fleet and can help manage sudden spikes in demand in a capital-effective manner. Leasing can improve overall fleet utilization and at the same time help avoid demurrage.
Large projects are often won in an expedited time frame to prevent the build-up of a fleet in time to start operations. This can mean waiting for new tanks from yards and can cause missed opportunities. Therefore leasing the tanks based on the project timeline is an ideal option for project solutions
Leasing significantly reduces the CAPEX requirements of your business and this in turn frees up cash flow that can be further invested in other core business areas or even used to increase the profits of the group.
